Starting another year with Hyperrealism Magazine with this amazing 6th issue of which we’re so proud of! There are so many projects in the air… We finally unveil one of them: the first group exhibition curated by Hyperrealism Magazine in collaboration with Copro Gallery, Santa Monica, US. The exhibition will take place on July 13th through August 3rd and will feature many artists, including the hyperrealistic sculptor and Oscar winner Kazuhiro Tsuji.
So, in this number we’ve been so lucky to talk with Gary Pressman, director of Copro, who told us everything about the work in the gallery and their upcoming projects.
There are interviews with outstanding talented artists, such as Stephanie Schechter with her photorealistic signs, David V Wheeler, who told us about his amazing landscapes, Danguole Serstinskaja, who has moved us with her fierce and tender animal portraits, Alex Devereux and his particular twilight scenes, Anne Moses and her incredible talent in painting close ups, Fernando Ferreiro and the world of illustration that he knows so well, Tammy Liu Haller who told us about her uncommon starting artistic path, Jose Ramon Muro and his huge love for realism, Dominique Houard and her precise trompe-l’oeil technique, and the absolute devotion of Erwin Moore for hyperrealistic painting.
We also described: the works of Harold Zabady who’s able to always surprise us with his photorealistic cityscapes and some of the newest works by Paola Boni, who excites us with her amazing “Pop-Realism”!
For our “Tea With…” we talked with Carina Francioso and we have known everything about the ARC Visions exhibition at the Arcadia Contemporary Gallery for the Art Renewal Center/Arcadia Contemporary Award and we admired exclusively her last effort, “Il Soffio Della Vita (The Breath Of Life)“, a huge diptych presented in this occasion and we’re so grateful for her exemplar strength to never give up!
Other wonderful featured artists of this issue that we’ll know better on the next one are: James Earley, who wants to give a strong message with his portraits of homeless people and Jackson Lee and his magical Japanese atmospheres.
And last but not the least, we discover the art of Antonio Teora, young talented artist so passionate about Hyperrealism, Elena Molinari and her ever precious modern still-life, Richard Jacobson and his extraordinary artworks, Marco Leo and one of his chiaroscuro works, Lew Brennan and his minutious detailed works, Marta Oliehoek and her fascinated colourful pencil drawings and the city of Florence captured by Matthew Bates.
And to finish, on our back cover you’ll find in preview the poster of Alyssa Monks exhibition, gentle courtesy of Pontone Gallery, that will take place in June at Pontone Gallery, London, UK. Really a must- attend eventfor everyone in the area!

All this and many other exclusive contents in this outstanding issue no.6 of Hyperrealism Magazine!
